General Terms

1. We expect to you to provide us with all necessary personal information including your age, passport details, flight information, allergies, etc. Also, we’ll need clear details about your travel preferences such as type of accommodations, dietary needs and other special interests, so we can tailor the best tour for you.

2. You are expected to carefully respond to us within the required timelines.

3. It is your responsibility to have necessary vaccinations and medical advice before the travel.


Booking and Pricing

1. Upon a booking, we collect 30% of the total invoiced amount to issue full confirmation.

2. You can settle the balance, 60 days prior to the commencement of the services.

3. Prices are usually quoted in any all leading currencies including US$, Can $, Euro and GPB on current exchange rates.

4. We reserve all the rights to increase prices at any time due to significant currency fluctuation takes place between the time of confirmation and full payment.

5. If you pay the full payment at the time of confirmation, we offer you a fixed price for your tour with no currency influence.

6. You can make payments with a bank transfer, bank draft or credit card. (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)

7. If you fail to meet the payment deadlines, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

8. You are permitted to make minor changes to the final itinerary once the trip is confirmed, within reason as determined by us. A sufficient notice is required for this and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.


Cancellation Policy

21 days or less – 100% cancellation will be charged

22 – 29 days – 50% cancellation will be charged

30 Days and above – No cancellation charges will be applicable
